Usage, strength and bend radius are just of few of the factors that must be considered before making custom metal brackets. Custom stainless steel brackets are used outside products to avoid rust, staining and instability in the product. Custom aluminum brackets might be considered if “light weight” is one of the factors and you will still have a high corrosion resistance and it is still easy to form and weld.
